Kababa’s menu is a reflection of the diverse and rich cuisine of the Eastern Mediterranean, offering not only succulent grilled meats, shawarma, poultry and fish, but also a range of delicious vegetarian dishes such as classic falafel, creamy Lebanese hummus, home-made Persian mirza ghasemi, and refreshing tabouleh salad. Extra virgin olive oil, spices and herbs are meticulously incorporated in all the dishes.
A variety of saj wraps filled with generous portions and finely prepared such as beef kabab (kobedeh), chicken shawarma, and falafel are available at Kababa for dine-in or take-out. Also available are special family packages and event catering.
